This beautiful decanter was produced by Swedish Glass Works Strombergshyttan run by the Stromberg Family.
This decanter would date to around 1950-1960 and was most likely designed by Astrid Stromberg famous for her angled designs in ice blue or 'Stromberg Blue'.
The decanter is tall and has cut bevels to all the edges of the base and stopper. It is signed to the underside and still retains the original sticker. The underside reads Strombergshyttan E 204.
There are some marks to two shoulders that look like scratches but the marks show the blurring of hot glass indicating it happened in the making of the decanter. They are not usage scratches.
The rest of the decanter is free from flaws, scratches, chips or other marks. There is no clouding of the crystal and no etching.
The decanter stands just under 290mm tot he top of the stopper.
