This sterling silver ring was made in Taxco Mexico and features a recessed design which has been oxidized to give a contrast to the bright silver edging.
The ring is marked to the back with the eagle 3 mark which as used from 1948- 1980. The style of the ring dates it to around the 1970's.
The ring is stamped with a circular mark with Mexico Taxco 925 around the edges with EAB to the centre.
The rings has a split band so is adjustable and at present the ring is set at a size S with adjustment of sizes available in either direction.
We would suggest if you need to adjust it (especially to make it smaller) you take it to a jeweller so the band is kept spherical.
The ring face is 29mm x 23mm. The band is 3mm wide.
We have a good selection of vintage jewellery in store.
