This gorgeous leather sofa was made by Mogens Hansen in Denmark. It features high quality thick and supple leather that has just the right amount of patina giving it that desirable lived in look.
It has the simple model name of MH 195 2. Meaning it is a two seater but a generous one at that.
The seat and back cushions in this sofa are filled with premium Nortex polydown, a mix of foam and down creating a resilient and soft seat. To rejuvenate the cushions they go in the clothes drier on warm for 15 mins with a 3 tennis balls-easy!
The leather is a soft mushroom brown. There are usage marks but as can be seen it presents beautifully. The right hand arm has an indentation from being packed in the container when coming from Denmark. You can see this in the photos.
The sofa has the distinctive Mogens Hansen back where there is a 'kick out' to the top back. The legs are beech and have been stained in the factory to a light cherry colour.
The sofa is 1770mm long x 770mm deep x 760mm high. It sits perfectly between a traditional 2 seater and 3 seater in size.
