This selection is in the pattern called Mitra by Georg Jensen, Denmark. The pattern to the handle was based on a bishops mitre.
All the pieces are stainless steel with a satin finish.
The knives come from different eras with slightly different sizes and markings.
There are two knives measuring 245mm long and are marked with Raadvad to the blades and have GJ Rustfri to the ferrules.One of these knives has some small dark marks along the spine of the blade.
There are three dinner knives measuring with Dansk Knivfabrik Denmark to the blades and are marked Stainless GJ Made in Denmark to the ferrules.
There is one entree or dessert knife measuring 204mm long. It is marked in the same manner as the first two described. This knife has many tiny pin prick size pitted marks to the blade, this is shown in detail. This is the only knife marked in this manner.
All the knives have fine scratches from use but apart from the smaller entree knife there is no corrosion or pitting. The handles are firm and tight up against the blades.
