This beautiful lamp is in excellent condition with no damage.
Made in Denmark the base features a stoneware base with a beige glaze and raised turquoise glazed panels to the front and back.
The piece is marked Soholm Denmark Stentoj (stoneware), the pattern number 1092 and has the stylised Einar Johansen mark as well. Einar Johansen was a Danish ceramist who work for Soholm until 1968. The lamp base is a factory first.
The lamp has a new 40mm fitting and has been completed with a new PVC pleated shade imported from Denmark. The shade sits on a Danish lamp rack. The fitting takes a standard E27 screw globe. All wiring has been redone and it has been safety tested and tagged.
The pottery base measures 275mm tall to the underside of the bulb fitting and is 95mm x 110mm to the base. The total height including shade is 500mm. The lamp has an inline switch to the white coloured cord.
The lamp would be ideal for a side table or sideboard.
