This beautiful piece is in very good condition with a design that is both elegant and simple in form.
The necklace has a large open circular silver drop attached to the neck ring with a long rectangular flat hinged piece. The circular drop is concave and graduated in width. The neck ring is solid silver and secures with a simple hook through a ring.
The necklace is signed to the back Hans Hansen 925S Denmark. Hans Hansen is one of the well known silver smiths of Denmark and was one of Georg Jensen's top designers.
There is no damage to the piece with the sterling silver glossy, reflective and smooth.
The neck ring sits high, just at the base of the hollow of my throat when worn, being 130mm across the diameter. The large pendant is 120mm long and the circular drop section is 60mm across.
