This lovely pendant has an abstract floral design and is relatively large so is a feature piece.
The back of the brooch is marked 830S From and has the Danish DTA mark of excellence in trade. The maker of the lovely piece is Niels Erik From, a well respected silversmith and considered one of the greats in Danish design.
The pendant is an early one of From's and is engraved to the front 1935-1945 which part coincides with WW2. We don't know what the marking is for.
The pendant has a large bale and is worn with the original silver continuous chain.
There is no damage to the pendant although there is some tarnish in the recesses of the design.
The pendant is 48mm x 36mm and with the bale measures 60mm long. The chain is around 680mm long.
