This lovely chest was made in Denmark from mid coloured French Oak and features two curved and shaped drawers and cabriole legs. The drawers all have solid brass handles.
Inside the drawers the dovetail joints can be seen to the sides. The timber in this piece is all solid oak, no veneer. The back and drawer bases are plywood but everything else is solid oak.
The base has dainty cabriole legs and a decorative apron to the base of the drawers.
The drawers all slide in and out smoothly. The chest is clean and ready for use.
There are some slightly darker spots to the top as shown.
The chest is 635mm tall and 625mm long and 365mm deep.
