This beautiful Danish Art Deco Brooch is stamped 830S for the hgh grade silver content of 830 parts per thousand, just a little lower than sterling at 925 parts.
The ring has a gorgeous design called Moonlight Grapes in sterling silver first designed by Harald Neilsen (1892-1977). The design featured stylised leaves and bunches of grapes on brooches and as a pendant on necklaces, rings, earrings and bracelets.
The ring was released in the early 21st century and has been preowned.
The ring has a full bunch of grapes which curves around the finger on a rounded profile band.
There is no damage to the ring. There are very fine scratches from being worn or storage.
The rings is marked to the inside GJ 925S and 56 for the size.
56 is the circumference and equates to an Australian O1/2 size ring. It weighs 8.9gms.
