This delightful piece is in very good condition. The brooch features one of Christine Pyman's famous joyful women. It is signed CAP 925 to the back. One can't help but smile when viewing this piece it does in fact express Joy.
Christine Pyman is a member of Craftmark Australia accredited. She was a selected exhibitor for the Munich International Craft Fair, Germany and the Australia-Korea Foundation's 10th Anniversary in Seoul. She has exhibited widely throughout Australia, Asia, Europe and the USA. She is best known for her Joyous Woman jewellery.
The sterling silver piece presents beautifully. The piece has a tiny gemstone set to the front of the bodice of the aluminium dress. The dress changes colour as it catches the light.
The brooch is 57mm long.
