This lovely piece is in wonderful condition. It is a rare design and not one we can find elsewhere.
Made by Hjorth Pottery on the Isle of Bornholm, Denmark the piece it is decorated with an open work design with pairs of mountain sheep or goats and glazed in a white tin glaze which allows the colour of the ceramic to show through..
The piece is signed to the underside L Hjorth Danmark and the design number of 729.
There are no chips, cracks or repairs. There are no rubs or stains.
The piece is 205mm across and 90mm tall.
