This lovely set of 7 butter pats by R oyal Copenhagen is in the pattern Frijsenborg which features various garden flowers on a cream background. In this case we have Morning Glory blooms and two other dainty blooms.
The little plates were designed as individual butter pats and all have gold rims. The plates are all marked as factory seconds although we are unsure as to why. The back stamps shows us the plates were made in 1956.
The plates are 74mm across. The previous owner marked each with a dab of nail polish to the back so she could identify them as her own.
There are no chips or cracks and no wear.
