This beautiful piece features sterling silver inset with turquoise chips and a polished silver, brass and copper motif. The motif represents a bird with silver wing and a brass head with copper eye.
The brooch has a long pin with a roll over safety catch. The brooch is clearly stamped with a circular stamp with Taxco Mexico 925 for sterling silver. The makers mark is to the centre and look like ALL. There is also the faint Mexican eagle mark used from 1948-1980.
The brooch is a good size and presents beautifully.
