Designed for Royal Copenhagen by sculptor Knud Kyhn, these delightful figurines were produced over a number of years, this one released in 1969.
The figures depicts a pair of playing bear cubs finished in a brown tone glaze. To the underside of the base both are marked with the three wavy lines of Royal Copenhagen, Denmark and are scored KK for Knud Kyhn. There is a mark under the M in Denmark to date one to 1969-70, the other has a mark under the D dating it it 1975-1979.
The bears are both factory firsts with no damage.
The bear figure with the out stretched paw is around 80mm tall.
