This lovely pair were hand blown in the Pernille Bulow Glassworks on the island of Bornholm. Pernille Bulow trained as a glass blower at Orrefors in 1982 and later worked at Baltic Sea Glas. She set up her own studio and gallery in 1989.
The candle sticks are the same design and different heights and colours. Both have a rough pontil mark to the underside where the glass blowers rod has been snapped off when the design was complete. Both are signed Bulow to the underside of the bases.
One retains it label.
The candle sticks are 175mm and 155mm tall respectively. They measure 70mm across the base.
