This is a beautiful piece with pretty sky blue colouring and stunning appearance. These are hand made Venetian glass beads with colours to the decorations of yellow and blue with tiny pink roses and gold Adventurine inclusions.
The beads are are all the same size and threaded on a what looks to be matching blue silk thread. The strand is doubled knotted between each bead and there is a filigree end cap to either end of all the beads. The strand secures with a barrel twist clasp.
The thread is still strong and ready for many years of wear.
The necklace measures 730mm long. The beads measure 10mm across.
