This beautiful lamp is in excellent condition with no damage.
Made in Denmark the base features a glaze of soft pale grey over a dark brown base. The piece is marked Soholm Denmark Stentoj and although faint has the stylised Einar Johansen mark as well. The design is described as ears of corn and was designed in 1961. Einar Johansen was a Danish ceramist who work for Soholm until 1968.
The lamp has a new 40mm bulb fitting and has been completed with a new pale grey clip on pleated Danish shade. All wiring has been redone and it has been safety tested and tagged.
The pottery base measures 165mm tall up to the top of the bulb fitting. The ceramic base is 135mm tall. The total height including shade is 265mm. The lamp has an inline switch to the chord.
The lamp would be ideal for a side table or as a bedside lamp.
For International sales the plug will be removed ready for a new plug installed by your electrician.
