This beautiful figure of a pony or foal was created by sculptor Knud Khyn for Royal Copenhagen.
Its made from stoneware and depicts the foal lying down with a slightly tilted head.
It is back stamped with the three wavy lines for Royal Copenhagen and has the inscribed KK for Knud Khyn. It has a dash under the G in Copenhagen for the production time of 1969-1974. The production number is 21516.
There is no damage to this delightful figure and it is a factory first.
The foal measures 200mm long and is 160mm tall.
