This figurine was designed by Lauritz Jensen for Royal Copenhagen.
The French Bulldog has his head turned inquisitively. The Royal Copenhagen back stamp is to the underside and of the three wavy lines. As there is no bar above or beneath the letters this piece dates to the period 1924-1935.
It is marked 1452/1465. It is a factory second as there is a score through the back stamp. The reason for this is we see a small pock mark to the glaze that would have occurred during firing. This is shown.
The French Bulldog has no damage or repairs.
He stands 165mm tall and is around 190mm in length.
