This beautiful vintage lamp was produced at the Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Factory.

The lamp is part of the Baca series and was designed by Ellen Malmer for Royal Copenhagen Faience ( Art Pottery) in 1963 and produced for a number of years. The Baca series depicts a batik pattern in relief in the glaze with a foliate pattern that suggests dandelion plants. This particular dates to the 1970's.

The lamp has been rewired with a new white cord. The original Danish switched fitting is still present and we have added a new adjustable lamp holder with a halo shaped shade support.

The shade is Danish made from our supplier in Denmark and sits a top the halo fitting.

The ceramic base has no chips or cracks and is in excellent condition. It is a factory first.

As mentioned the piece has been rewired to meet modern Australian standards and has been safety tagged by an electrician.

The lamp stands 300mm tall to the top of the ceramic section and and is 170mm x 755mm at the base. The total height including the shade is around  535mm.

We have a range of vintage lighting in store you may wish to look at.
