This is a rare opportunity to own a beautifully stylish iconic and authentic Danish Mid-Century floor lamp.
The light is a genuine Louis Poulsen Panthella floor lamp designed by Verner Panton. The original sticker is still present underneath the base.
This light gives out a beautiful soft warm glow. There is a foot switch on the base lamp. The piece has been rewired to Australian standards and is safety tagged.
There are light scuff marks to the base and stem only and is a very good example. As this is a vintage example the colour of the plastic has aged to a soft cream as opposed to the metal enamel rod that comprises the central section which has remained white. This is in fact a feature of a genuine vintage lamp and verification of its age.
The lamp is 1300mm tall x 500mm across the Perpex shade.
