This chair is in very good condition.
It was made by Bramin, in Denmark c.1960's. It was designed by H.W Klein, and is known as the 'Silhouette Chair'. The striking piece has a stylish elegance and is very comfortable.
It is made from chocolate brown leather with a circular chrome swivel base. The stylish base on this chair is a rarely seen as the standard base has either 5 metal or wooden legs.
The upholstery is in very good condition, holding shape well. The gently worn leather has an interesting grain and is in very good condition with a lovely rich natural patina that only gets better with age.
The leather cushion can be removed to allow cleaning and is held in place by the original Velcro strips.
The chair measures 95cm tall x 87cm deep and 87cm wide.
