This beautiful small lamp is in excellent condition with no damage.
Made in Denmark the base features an 8 paneled design in soft blue on grey. This is a known design by Marianne Starck for Michael Andersen & Sons, Bornholm, Denmark.
The piece is marked with the Andersen 3 herring mark tot he underside.
The lamp has a new 40mm fitting and has been completed with a new PVC pleated shade imported from Denmark. The shade clips to the bulb. The fitting takes a standard E27 screw globe. All wiring has been redone and it has been safety tested and tagged.
The pottery base measures 180mm tall to the underside of the bulb fitting and is 80mm across the base. The total height including shade is 400mm. The lamp has an inline switch to the white coloured cord.
The lamp would be ideal for a bedside, side table or sideboard.
