This interesting and unique pendant / brooch is in really good condition.
The pendant is stamped to the back with the Eagle Mark and 1 for Mexico City. This mark was used from 1948 until around 1979 and tells us the brooch was assayed in Mexico City. It is also stamped 925 fr sterling silver and RB for the maker.
The piece has a brooch pin and clasp and a sturdy bale so it can double as a pendant. The front is set with chips of turquoise and Lapis and has been polished flat.
The brooch or pendant measures 63mm long x 43mm wide.
