This decanter is in the pattern Tivoli Copenhagen, designed by Per Lutken in 1968 for Holmegaard Glassworks, Denmark.
It is made of the thick clear crystal faintly tinged with blue that Holmegaard is so famous for.
This particular decanter has its original sticker with the number 283 indicating it was made in Feb 1983.

There is no damage to the decanter and the crystal is very clear and clean. There are a few scuff marks to the underside from use. The original Magasin Retail sticker is to the underside.
The decanter is 235mm tall including the stopper.
