This elegant piece of Danish furniture would date to the 1960's. The desk is finished in teak veneer and features an overhanging sculptured top above two banks of 3 drawers with solid teak inset handles. There is a central drawer with lock as well. The splay legs are all solid teak and are to the outside of the desk frame making a great feature.
The desk is in lovely condition with a few minor blemishes from use. There is one dark bruise mark to the top as shown.
The desk is sturdy and presents beautifully. The top is edged in solid strips of teak and the drawers all have a solid timber construction with dovetail joints as can be seen to the sides. There is the original key which works in the lock.
The desk is 1220mm long x 620mm deep x 720mm tall.
The back of the desk is well finished and as such is suitable to be seen from the back.
