This beautiful necklace is marked to the back Sterling Denmark Meka.
It was made in the workshop of Meka Reklamegaver, Holte, Denmark, active 1951-1989.
The necklace features a design of 28 white knots. Each knot motif is well detailed with tiny spots included in the design within the enamel.
The sterling silver is gilded so the metal display as a soft yellow gold.
There is no damage to the piece and no repairs. The original closure is present and is a push in box type.
The necklace is 360mm long and as such is a choker style necklace and sits at the hollow of my throat when worn. The necklace is 11mm wide.
