This Danish lamp was hand made by Budde - Lund and is stamped to the underside of the base. Carl Budde Lund was active until his death in 1957.
The lamp has the original Danish fitting and has been completed with a new clip on pleated Danish shade with a pretty fabric design. If a plain shade is preferred please just ask and we can swap it out for a white one.
The pottery base is deeply ribbed and glazed in a white semi opaque glaze giving a faint pinky tinge to the colour as the base ceramic shows through.
There is a small flake of the glaze underneath where the cord enters as shown. The ceramic is not chipped.
All wiring has been redone and it has been safety tested and tagged.
The pottery base measures 225mm tall up to the bulb fitting. The total height including shade is 425mm. The lamp has an inline switch to the chord.
The lamp would be ideal for a side table or sideboard or as a bedside lamp.
For International sales the plug will be removed ready for a new plug installed by your electrician.
