The high-backed chair is of generous proportions and the beautifully streamlined curves create an impressive design statement.
It is a chair designed by Finn Ostergaard for Skipper Mobler of Denmark, although the chair has no branding.
The bentwood frame is a laminated beech. The leather is black and is in very good condition. The leather is edged with a leather insert adding an elegant touch.
The high backed seat comes with a head rest cushion that attaches via two leather straps which 'button' through to studs on the back of the chair.
The chair measures 1090mm tall, 625mm in width and 830mm deep.
