This beautiful bronze was hand cast by artist Mary Elizabeth Michelmore.
Mary Michelmore was born in 1932 and set up her own studio in Adelaide in the 1970's creating hand made silver jewellery and hand cast bronzes.
The bronze is in the from of a frog on a lily pad. It is well crafted and quite a delightful piece.
The Frog is signed to the underside as shown and is in lovely condition. It is also numbered 2/20.
The Echidna is 80mm x 50mm.
