This elegant piece is in very good condition.
The pendant is in the form of a cross decorated with curls and tendrils and marked in the Scandinavian manner 830S for silver assay of 830 parts per thousand.
It is also marked Vilens for the maker. We have not been able to identify the mark nor the original except to say it is either Norwegian or Danish.
The design is hand made and as such the olive shaped vertical shapes are very slightly out of line. There is no damage to the pendant.
The cross is 57mm x 33mm and the bale adds another 8mm in length.
