This lovely spoon is in very good condition.
The spoon is softly gilded with a sparkling satin finish. The finial is heavily enamelled with a scarab beetle, lotus flowers and snakes motif.
There is no damage to the spoon, no chips or cracks to the enamel. There is a small smooth dark spot to the bowl which we have not tried to remove. As mentioned there is no damage but there are manufacturing marks in the silver to the base of the snakes where the outline becomes irregular.
The enamelling is quite lovely.
The spoon is 128mm long. it weighs 11.4gms.
