This elegant Danish setting was made between the years 1928-1932. The design is called Anne Marie and was initially manufactured by Frigast but later the pattern was reproduced by Gense.
The set comprises a 6 place setting with at least 58 pieces. There are 6 stainless steel bladed hollow handled knives, 6 dinner forks, 6 entree knives, 6 Continental soup spoons, 6 dessert spoons, 6 regular teaspoons, 6 coffee spoons and a large serving fork and ladle.
We have found that the quality of Danish silver plate cutlery is very high. The silver plating is thick and pieces wear extremely well. The patterns are timeless in their appeal and so different from other designs generally found in Australia. We just love them.
The silver plate to these pieces is in very good condition with some very minor usage marks. There is no wear through to the plating or corrosion spots. The knife handles are all secure and in very good condition.
This set will enhance any table setting for years to come.
