This light is made from aluminum and has been finished in off white. It is in very good vintage condition.
The light is a genuine vintage item produced by Danish Lighting company Superlight in the 1970's. It was designed by David Mogensen and is distinctive by design, form and size.
The light fitting is white and although identical in every other aspect to another light we have also listed it has a hint of cream to the colour. In saying this they are not a matched pair in terms of colour but if placed a little distance from one another this is not noticed.
There is a small area to the top tier where the rim deviates up slightly. I would not call it a dent but the rim has has a knock to cause the shape to be slightly out. There is also a mark to the rim showing the aluminium beneath. We have shown this as well. The very top of the light fitting has some grey marks. Please look at the photos as we have shown all of these things.
The inside of the light is clean and clear.
The light is 500mm across and around 220mm tall. It comes with over a metre new white plastic coated dual insulated cord and has a n E27 bulb fitting.
The light will need installation by a qualified electrician.
