This glass is the fifth in the series produced by Holmegaard glass works to commemorate the 175th anniversary of the birth of Hans Christian Andersen.
The glasses were designed by Per Lutken and decorated by Des Asmussen. The first glass was released in 1981 and every year after, another was released until all 12 were produced. The Production was not repeated and the glasses were only available through the retail company Firkloveren.
The glass is as new and comes in its original foam box (somewhat damaged but still able to secure the glass) and card. It was released in 1985.
The motif for this glass is Clumsy Hans.
The wine glass stands 15.5cm tall.
