This lovely brooch has an abstract floral design.
The back of the brooch is marked Sterling Denmark N.E. From 925S. The maker of the lovely piece is Niels Erik From, a well respected silversmith and considered one of the greats in Danish design.
The brooch would date to around 1960.
The brooch secures with a steel pin and a roll over locking clasp.
There is no damage to the brooch although there is some very heavy tarnish in the recesses of the design. The back shows this as well. Even with this the brooch present really well.
The brooch is 43mm x 25mm.
