This beautiful knife is in lovely condition. The knife features one of Rodd's most popular designs called Camille which was produced in Australia during the 1950's and through to the early 1970's. It features an embossed floral patterning to the handles.
The stainless steel knife blade is marked RODD.
The knife features a long flat blade with serrations and would have been designed as a bread knife or large cake knife suitable for weddings, Christenings or any other celebratory occasion. It is a rare piece to find in the Rodd range.
There is no silver loss, damage or wear and the blade and plating has a reflective finish as can be seen. There are a very few fine scuffs or scratches from either storage or limited use.
The cake knife is 312mm long.
