This pair of sterling silver cuff links is hallmarked for Mexico with the eagle Assay mark used until the late 1970's. The 3 in the centre of the Eagle indicates it was assayed in Taxco. The makers mark is AAB.
The face of each piece has a brushed finish and is inset with a Mayan design.
There is a black material sandwiched between the back and front held in place with tiny silver pins. The underside of the T bar is stamped Alpaca indicating this inner section is not silver.
The front of the pieces measures 21mm across.
