Danish Le Klint Table Lamp Designs
Have you ever purchased a Vintage Le Klint Lamp and been unable to identify it?
You are not alone. We have found several in the past and have spent many hours trying to find information about them.
Le Klint is a Danish company that began in 1943 and is known for their hand made folded lampshades. However the company has worked hand in hand with designers from a range of crafts to create a combination of lights and their accompanying shades. The history around Le Klint and their philosophy can be read at their website.
We have assembled a series of photographs of branded Le Klint lamps and will add to it as time goes by. This is not an exhaustive list but an attempt to catalogue as many as we can. Some photos are taken from historic sites and we have no information on dimensions. Some of the photos are simply of Le Klint branded bases without their original shades or with replacement shades.
We have included measurements but these do vary somewhat from lamp to lamp within the design due to the hand crafted nature of the glass and ceramics.
