This beautiful jug belongs to the series called Isblomst, designed by Jacob Bang for Holmegaard Glassworks in 1934. Please hardernet.dk to confirm.
The pattern has an ice effect to the exterior of the piece which is richly textured. The name means ice bloom. The underside of the base has a polished pontil and the handle has been applied separately.
There is no damage to this piece.
The jug stands 200mm tall.
