This gorgeous Danish bracelet is in very good condition.
The bracelet comprises 4 ornate panels with delightful detailed motifs of swimming fish. The clasp is a long sprung type often seen on early 20th century Scandinavian bracelets.
The piece is in very good condition with some fine scratches from use. One of the outer borders of the panels has a slight shallow kink so is not perfectly straight. This could even be from when it was made.
The clasp is engraved tot he top and bottom and has the name Karen to the centre. Unbeknown to us Karen is a name of Danish origin and has the meaning of 'pure' as in the pure innocence and nature of a baby. Un-spoilt.
The bracelet is 190mm long and measures 11mm wide.
