This lovely piece is in very good condition.
We cannot say for certain who made it but we are of the opinion that it is an English piece.
There is a rough pontil mark to the underside of the base where the glass blowers rod was snapped off after blowing. The wavy edges are all threaded with cranberry coloured glass and there is applied ruffling at the base of the threading.
We can see one tiny flaw chip to the threading as shown in close up in three photos. There is no other damage.
The vase measures approximately 65mm tall and 120mm in diameter at the widest point.
