This elegant antique chain has long fancy links joined by chain links with a matching twist pattern. It has a t bar and single dog clip. The dog clip is English hallmarked with a date letter o for 1909. The T bar is also marked Sterling with a makers mark. There are no marks to the chain but we guarantee it to be sterling silver.
Originally this would have been a fob watch chain attaching a pocket watch to a pocket on a waistcoat.
The chain is 340mm long so too short to wear as a necklace. However it is of such a design that extra links could be aesthetically added to extend it if so desired for either a necklace or a doubled bracelet.
As mentioned the chain is 340mm long. The chain weighs 34.8gms.
