This lovely small church pew is made from Australian cedar or Toona Australis.
Th pew would date to the late 1800's and was used in a South Australian Church until recently when it was no longer required.
The pew is sturdy and well made with chunky components. The front legs are turned and the back legs are straight. The seat is a solid plank of cedar.
This is a rarity and we are lucky enough to have 2 of these.
They would be ideal to place on either side of a dining table or outside on a verandah.
There is no damage as such but they come as is with marks to the seat as can be seen.
The pew is 138mm long, 880mm tall and 380mm deep.
Any other items seen in the photos are available separately for sale.
