This beautiful antique small brooch or tie pin is marked to the back of the gilded setting with the mark of Marius Hammer Norway, active 1847-1927. It is also marked 830S.
This is a rare piece.
The brooch has a pale green design which radiates out from a central convex pearly white enamel centre. There are pearly white enamel pearls around the edge.
There is a C type catch and a pin that ends before the edge of the brooch helping to date it to sometime after 1890
There is no damage to any part of this brooch or pin. There are no chips or cracks to the enamel.
The pin is 25mmx 14mm
