This lovely piece was made by Rorstrand, Sweden, in the early 20th century and from what we have seen elsewhere was attributed to Nils Lundstrom. However there is no artists signature.
The tureen has large blue plums around the edges and plum branches for the looped handles. The knob on the lid is another purple plum.
There is fine crazing to the ceramic but no staining. There are no chips or cracks.
The tureen is 150mm tall to the top of the plum handle and 220mm across from twig handle to handle.
