This antique spoon is in fine condition. It is marked to the back of the handle with the Hungarian mark used in Pecs Hungary. The makers mark is FS for Fransiscus Schack and the piece is marked 13 for 13 loth silver, an assay of 812/1000. The third and final mark is indecipherable.
The spoon is a fine example with only a few marks from storage or use. The detail to the bowl edge is crisp and clean. The silversmiths working is faintly evident to the bowl. The end of the handle is beautifully engraved with L.C.
The spoon is 21.5cm long and weighs in at 60.3 gms.
As this is a multiple listing the weights vary a little but all are over 60gms each.
