This set of 8 is in the stemware service called 'Gisselfeld' designed by Jacob Bang in 1933 for Holmegaard Glassworks, Denmark. The beautiful glasses were designed as a beer glass but of course makes a great water glass too.
The glass features a 'bud' shape to the stem and this set is clear. The glasses have thick banded gold rims.
There is no damage to any of the glasses and the glass is beautifully clear and free of clouding and scratching. There is no wear to the gold. One glass has a few irregularities around the rim as shown but no damage.
The glasses stand 122mm tall and measure around 67mm across the rim. The glasses hold a little over 250mls when filled to the rim.
