This lovely six person set of teaspoons is in very good used condition. First released in 1950 the vintage set is silver plated and was produced by Oneida Community, American fine silverware manufacturers since 1848. This is a quality setting which, when originally purchased, came with a life time guarantee. The community rage of silverware all h ad a double layer of plating over the sections that received the most wear. In this case the back of the bowls. This can be seen as a circular pattern to the backs of the bowls as shown.
The setting has been used but well cared for. It has fine scratches from use but presents well.
The elegant pattern is called South Seas having flowing lines depicting curving shorelines and restless seas.
There are 6 teaspoons in this set.
