This set of 6 sterling silver Norwegian spoons is in lovely condition with no damage. Each is enamelled to the front with a thistle design to he finial.
5 of the spoons are marked to the back in the same manner with J Tostrup Sterling Norway with the logo of a tankard used by the silversmith. The 6th spoon has a smaller mark of 925S with the logo of a tankard.
The thistle motifs are all enamelled in different colours and there is no damage to the enamel. The spoons are gilded and these is no wear tt he gilding. There are very fine usage or polishing marks to the bowls.
The spoons are 96mm long.
The spoons weigh 49gms in total.
